Proactively pursue sales opportunities, effectively build sales pipeline, accountably to grow revenue in gov, financial and enterprise segment.
Frequent cold call and customer visit to perform product presentations, demo and trial for customers, help customer out of all kinds of presale and postsale technical issues.
Timely and accurate reporting of sales information; collect and report changing customer requirements to management.
Drive all aspects of customer satisfaction in major accounts:
Effectively work with multiple levels within the account to drive sales opportunities
Manage customer expectation and product specification reviews and quotations in a timely manner.
Timely resolution of customer complaints and quality issues.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT related disciplines.
2-4 years experience as technical support engineer, presales engineer or technical sales is preferred.
Experience with TCP/IP networking, application system architecture, like B/S, C/S, virtualization, .NET/J2EE, middleware, database and disk array, preferred if the candidate has the data
center operation experience.
Preferred if the candidate has hands-on experience with the following products and solutions：
Quick learner and excellent problem solving skills.
Good communication skill and good in English (reading and writing).
